The procedure:

1. Order KliP.
2. Let us know on whic website the plug-in will be installed.
3. We will help you set the look and feel of the plug-in.
4. Your website administrator will install the plug.in.
5. Invite your internal users.
6. We can help you configure the channel(s), that you will be using and agents that have access to them.
7. Start using KliP - you only need web access, the address of your KliP installation, a web browser, or an Android, iOS or Windows IoChat app.
8. If you decide to use the web browser, there's no need to install anything else by you or your users.
