The internal users are the ones who log into KliP with a username and a password. They can communicate between themselves, similar to how they do on Skype or Facebook Messenger.

An internal user can be assigned an agent position. Every agent must be first set up as an internal user.

Of course, the decision on whom to invite is completely yours. It can be an external partner or anyone else, the only condition is working access to the web.
